Martial arts & inner work

The Chinese character Zhong (中) means middle, center.

Through the internal martial arts, this search for balance that drives and inspires me every day aims to bring more harmony into everyone’s life.

The unfinished circle around it represents, for me, this endless quest

In every movement, every posture, we express ourselves from the center — or we let what needs to be expressed come through.

With the Five Animals Qi Gong, the Return to Spring (Hui Chun) Qi Gong, Tui Shou (pushing hands), or Tai Ji exercises and forms, this inner work allows us to grow and evolve.

By bringing more awareness into the body, and beyond the body, meditation continues through movement — with the right gesture, from nature.

In my classes, you will find the fundamental principles of Wudang internal martial arts, with meditation, physical conditioning, specific stretching, pushing your limits and self-mastery, learning techniques, and discipline — in order to bring these ancestral teachings into everyday life.

2014

My inner work truly began with Vipassana meditation in Nepal and Hatha Yoga in India. These first years of practice radically changed my life. But I was missing some elements to move forward and eventually stagnated — that’s when I discovered the internal martial arts of Wudang.

2020

I spent two years at the Berlin school (Xuan Gong Fu Academy, formerly WDP), attending the Full Time program 10 hours of training per day, under the guidance of my teacher Stefan Müller. First one full year, then two 6-month periods, between seasons as a ski and snowboard instructor.

2024

I stayed 3 months in China in the Wudang mountains, where I first attended a seminar with Ismet Himmet, my teacher's teacher, then went to the school of his own teacher: Tang Li Long (Wudang Gong Fu and Health Academy). A journey to the source that deeply inspired me.

Today

After several years of teaching within my own circle, I now wish to open up my practice, to pass on and share this art of living.
